A recent report from Nielsen says, U.S smartphone OS market share tops by Google’s Android operating system, followed by the top smartphone makers of the country Apple iOS.
Android occupies 39% of the total market, while iOS keeps a steady level of 28% share. The BlackBerry OS from RIM (Research in Motion) fumbles again and keeps the third position with 20% market share. This series is followed by Windows Mobile/WP7 (9%), Palm/HP Web OS (2%), finally by the Nokia’s undergone Symbian OS (2%)
