iOS 4.3 Beta Released, What’s New?

Apple announced their iOS 4.3 release today with lots of interesting added features. The new update rolls out with third party access to Airplay the popular media streaming released along with iOS 4.2.

Another attracting feature is the multi-touch gestures to the iPad. This allows the users to use 4 and 5 fingers pinch and zoom, swipe etc. You can pinch from an app to the home screen, swipe easily to the multitasking and lots more with these features. Have a look on the iPad gestures video from Engadget below.

Next one is the physical orientation switching, where you can manage the button on the side to “Lock Rotation” or “Mute”. There is options to set up the “Personal Hotspots” on the GSM phones. Also you can find changes in the messaging sections like new font “Noteworthy”, playing the alert tones up to 10 times.

The new update also shows a new Facetime icon, full screen iAD banners as well. Finally there is no good news for the iPhone 3G and iPod Touch 2G users as there is no download link to iOS 4.3 update. It seems that iOS 4.2 will be the last update they can go for!
